Customers may cancel up to 72 hours prior to pontoon reservation scheduled time to receive a full refund. Customers that cancel after the 72 hour window will NOT be eligible for any refund. If weather or waves are unfavorable and Destin For Fun has to cancel your reservation, the rental may be rescheduled for a later time/date or a refund will be issued. No-shows will not be refunded. Customers may make changes to their reservation without any fees up to 72 hours prior to reservation. Destin For Fun requires a $250.00 hold by credit card for each pontoon and will be released once the rental is returned with no damages. We are especially looking for large groups, maximum 12 guests with the large pontoons.
