Use your keyboard "Arrow" keys to rotate left,
right, up or down.
OR
Left Click in the CENTER OF THE IMAGE and hold down the
click then move your mouse to rotate. left, right, up or
down. Go easy. The image will rotate faster the closer you
get to the border.
Click on any of the tool bar icons to pan and rotate the
image.
