Policy prohibits rental to anyone under the age of 25 and pets of any kind.

Check in is after 3:00 pm Check out is 10:00 am unless otherwise specified.

A reservation payment of $250 is required in advance to hold your reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your stay.

Linens and towels are provided. We recommend you bring beach towels as we do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.

Rates include departure cleaning.

Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit.

Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. Emergency Services may issue a mandatory evacuation notice if hurricanes or other severe weather conditions occur. Accommodation refunds will be pro rated from the time of your departure.

Complimentary soap provided to get you started.

After departure and an assessment of the property, in addition to keys being returned, your full deposit will be refunded, provided the unit was left in satisfactory condition.
